I'm a regular and always happy to return. I'll allow myself two comments this time: 1) I had to authorize a 5 nights deposit for a 4 nights stay. Unusual anywhere outside China but can live with that. However; don't call me at 11:00pm, fast asleep by then, and demand an additional deposit just because I've extended my stay with one, possibly two, nights. Besides a poor timing of the call it leaves the impression of greed and mistrust. Not a good look. 2) Extensive use of sealants, even in the elevators, is something one would expect in a two or three star place, not a four star+. Hotel maintenance/engineering!!.......give it some thoughts, there're better solutions.
