This time, I came to Bao'an, Shenzhen to follow up on a long-term project that lasted for three weeks. I directly set my sights on CM+ Service Apartment Shenzhen Taige. Originally, I just wanted to find a long-term accommodation that could be self operated and spacious enough. After staying here, I realized that the accommodation experience here had brought the relaxation and comfort of a long-term stay far beyond expectations.
The butler's sense of propriety was particularly comfortable when checking in, without overly enthusiastic greetings. He just helped me turn on the air conditioning in advance, afraid that I would feel stuffy coming in from the hot outside. He even handed me a cup of iced Lao Xiang Huang herbal tea and gave me a handwritten guide to the surrounding life, indicating nearby fresh supermarkets and Chaoshan soup noodle shops that were still open late at night. The moment I pushed open the door, I was relieved of the exhaustion of rushing. The whole house is designed with a simple and warm home style, without the rigid and cold feeling of ordinary hotels. The warm lighting is spread on the wooden furniture, and as soon as I enter, I feel relaxed.
The most surprising thing is the sleeping experience. The customized high rebound mattress is moderately soft and hard, paired with 80 high count cotton skin friendly bedding. After being busy for several days until late at night, I returned to the apartment and lay down on the bed, and the soreness and bloating all over my body dissipated in no time. The double-layer soundproof glass in the whole house is made particularly solid. After closing the windows, the sound of traffic on the street downstairs is almost completely isolated, except for the faint chirping of birds from Bao'an Park in the distance. For three weeks in a row, I slept particularly soundly, without the insomnia problem of changing beds during business trips. Both sides of the bed are equipped with USB-A and USB-C dual port charging panels, which are sufficient for charging mobile phones, headphones, and work computers at the same time, without having to search for charging heads and pull long cables everywhere.
An open style small kitchen is the soul of long-term living, with a complete set of kitchen appliances including induction cookers, rice cookers, dishwashers, and even basic oil, salt, sauce, vinegar, and dishwashing cotton prepared in advance. Usually, I work late and don't want to eat the takeout of heavy oil. I can walk downstairs for 5 minutes to buy some vegetables and fresh fish from the fresh food supermarket. When I come back, I can cook a bowl of hot Noodles in soup, which is more comfortable than fast food, and also saves a lot of gastrointestinal burden in the long journey. The kitchen countertop is spotlessly clean, without any oil residue, indicating that it has been thoroughly cleaned before moving in, and there is no psychological burden when using it.
The configuration of the bathroom area is also particularly thoughtful, with a temperature controlled smart toilet seat that is warm to sit on. Even on a slightly cool morning in Shenzhen, you don't have to bite your teeth and touch the cold seat cushion. The dual mode showerhead with top spray and handheld has dense and stable water output. After taking a hot shower all day, even the tightness in the calves was completely relieved. The bathroom area has undergone a complete separation of dry and wet areas, so there will be no water accumulation on the floor after taking a shower. It is particularly reassuring to step on the non slip floor tiles.
During these three weeks of stay, the sense of propriety in the room service was just right: we didn't knock on the door casually to disturb. When we went out to work, the staff would quietly tidy up the room, organize the project files that I had casually placed at the desk neatly, and even quietly put two bottles of chilled mineral water on the small bar counter. One day, I casually mentioned to the butler that I had been getting a bit hot lately. When I returned to my room at night, a pot of stewed chrysanthemum tea had already been set up at the table, and there was a handwritten note next to it, reminding me to add a coat when I went out for a walk in the park at night.

If you want to go to any business or tourist destination in Shenzhen, you can almost seamlessly transfer to the subway. Even if you need to temporarily go to Nanshan Science and Technology Park to connect with the project, you can take Line 12 and transfer to Line 1, and the whole journey takes only 30 minutes, without worrying about traffic jams and accidents.
After leaving the apartment, there is a well connected ground transportation network. There is a bus hub just a few hundred meters away from the entrance, and multiple routes directly reach popular locations such as Bao'an Park, Bao'an Library, and Xiwan Mangrove Park. If you don't want to squeeze into public transportation, you can take a ride hailing service at the entrance of the apartment at any time. Within a 10 minute drive, you can cover all the core industrial parks and commercial office buildings in Xin'an Street. Whether it's meeting clients or visiting research sites, you can arrive early and steadily at the right time. The apartment comes with a large free parking lot and also reserves new energy charging piles. Friends who come by car do not have to struggle to find paid parking spaces on the core roads of Bao'an. After parking the car, they can walk around all the surrounding points, which is worry free and cost-effective.
The surrounding living facilities have engraved the word "convenience" into the details: within a 10 minute walk, you can find large fresh supermarkets, chain supermarkets, and 24-hour convenience stores. If you want to buy fresh ingredients to cook for yourself or replenish travel supplies, you can easily go downstairs and take two steps. A 10 minute walk will take you directly to Haiya Colorful City, where you can stroll through shopping malls, watch movies, and enjoy local specialties without having to cross districts to meet all your leisure needs. There are countless local specialties of Bao'an hidden within a few hundred meters of the surrounding area, such as Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant that has been open for more than a decade, authentic Cantonese style sausage time-honored brand, and Hakka salt baked chicken restaurant that locals often go to. You don't have to cross districts to find internet famous restaurants, just turn around and you can taste authentic old Bao'an cuisine.
If you want to go out and play, you can walk 1 kilometer from the apartment to Bao'an Park, take a walk and climb along the mountain greenway, and enjoy the continuous greenery of the entire city. It's especially comfortable to relax on weekends. It takes only 20 minutes by car to reach Xiwan Mangrove Park. In the evening, you can watch the sunset and the cross sea bridge, and the photos you take are particularly impressive. Even if it's a last-minute trip to Chang'an, Dongguan to discuss matters, it takes only 20 minutes to cross provinces by taking the nearby expressway. For business people who frequently travel between Shenzhen and Dongguan, the convenience of this location is directly maximized.
After staying for two weeks, I hardly wasted time on the road: I took the subway to the Qianhai Trans regional Meeting in the morning, walked back to the apartment at noon to cook a bowl of hot Noodles in soup, took a 10 minute taxi to the Industrial Park in the afternoon to connect with the project, and walked slowly to Bao'an Park in the evening to watch the sunset. No need to rush or take detours to commute, all the pace of the journey is relaxed and comfortable.
